Yes, gift cards are available!

Giving a gift card / voucher is a way where we can show our appreciation and love. Let’s make someone happy together with this special treat. If you wish to have a specific voucher code, such as “Happy Birthday” or text, please enter the text in the “order notes” box at the checkout page when completing your order.

Please note that Avanyah gift certificates are paperless! You will receive an email with your gift certificate design printable. On this they will find the voucher code to redeem. This is to save you shipping costs, as well as minimize our impact on the environment and reduce shipping emissions.

Avanyah has two different types of coupons. We draw coupons frequently in our newsletter, on our Facebook or Instagram page. You can redeem these once in our shop on festivals across Europe. Each voucher that you can use in our online store contains a code. You can use this code for your purchase at the checkout. 

Due to differences in the respective assortments, you may have seen certain designs in our shop at various festivals and markets, but not in our online store. Another reason may be that we only produce some products in limited quantities.

Either way, please contact us here if this is the case and we will make sure you get your desired item right away.

Avanyah was created in order to implement our custom designs in a thorough and responsible way, with the help of an incredible, like-minded production facility in Bali, Indonesia. Our factory in Bali allows us access to quality materials and organic fabrics. In our factory, the work is done with trust and appreciation. The employees receive good treatment, competitive salaries and benefits. During the production of our collections, we are usually on-site to take an active part in the creative process. We know and value every person in the production of our clothing. In recent months, we have begun collaborating with a number of artists, painters and graphic designers to jointly create specific designs together. We are excited for every opportunity we have to support other artists and bring them along with us for continued blessed work of love and a desire to make an impact. In the category “Insight” you will get regular updates about our way, processes and experiences. In 2021 we started to produce some designs of our new collection in Austria.

Our website has various certifications of best practices for managing information security, as well as compliance with data security standards for the payment card industry, which ensure that we adhere to the most demanding recommendations and standards in the industry to give you a shopping experience in a private and secure to offer surroundings.

With every purchase, you will receive an email from us with the invoice and tracking number as soon as your package is on its way to you.

You are welcome to send us an email to office@avanyah.com regarding any subject you wish to share. You should receive a response from customer service within 1-2 business days. If you haven’t received a response, most likely we’ve received your email and responded although some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. Also, be sure to add Avanyah’s email to your contacts, so future emails are not blocked. If you sent an email and haven’t heard back from us after 3 business days, we may not have received your original inquiry so try sending us a follow-up email.
